Dr Payal Mehta graduated from Guys, Kings and St Thomas’s School of Medicine in 2005 (including a BSc 1st class Hons in Nutrition). Subsequently, she completed her GP specialist training obtaining MRCGP in 2010. She has gained experience in a wide variety of specialities at various hospitals. This has contributed to Dr Mehta’s well rounded clinical base in emergency medicine, women, child and mental health.
Dr Mehta has worked in a variety of primary care settings including, NHS and Private GP Practices, as well as Urgent Care and Out Hours services.
Her specialist interests include preventative and lifestyle medicine where she has gained international accredited training. She is also a certified life coach and a keen practitioner of breathwork, meditation and yoga.
Out of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking and travelling.
